The Company is duly registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) as a private company in accordance with the Companies Act, 2008 (Act No. 71 of 2008) and Companies Amendment Bill 40 of 2010 with the registration number: 2014/265367/07. We are also fully registered and a member of the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC). Established as Evodia Real Estates in 2001 Radisol Property was restructured in 2014 to offer more integrated property solutions, viz construction, refurbishments, disposals, rentals, selling, investment, etc.

We always have a team of professionals, qualified project managers and certified architects, engineers and builders to ensure we deliver exceptional services to our clients. Although headquartered in Centurion, Radisol Properties plans to open branch offices in major cities in South Africa by end of 2025. Radisol Properties currently engages in property development projects for a wide range of clients and is working towards becoming one of the largest property development companies in the country. Property development requires huge a capital base, hence, for a steady flow of cash, the Company needs to partner with private investors to take on vast opportunities available in the real estate industry. The Gauteng Province is the central hub of South Africa’s economy and continues to outperform all other areas of the country, remaining the top-performing major metro housing market in SA.
